Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when it has been completed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We mainly ship using USPS as our trusted carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
  • On occasion, we may offer free shipping promotions – please check our store for current offers.

Local Pickup

If you’re located near DogWatch of the Endless Mountains, you may contact us directly to arrange local pickup for select items.

Order Tracking

We understand the importance of knowing where your order is during shipment. While tracking details are not automatically provided, they are available upon request.

If you’d like to check the status of your order, simply reach out to us and we’ll gladly supply the tracking information from the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after your order has shipped for tracking details to become available.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packing and shipping your items, but if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep all original packaging and materials until the matter is resolved, as carriers may require them for claims.
  • Once reported, we will work quickly to correct the issue by replacing the item, sending the correct order, or offering another suitable solution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We are unable to ship larger equipment items to PO Boxes.
