Please review our refund and exchange policy before placing your order.

1. All Sales Final

All products purchased through our online store are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless the item is faulty or defective upon arrival.

2. Faulty or Defective Items

If your product arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for an exchange of the same item at no additional cost to you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included.

3. How to Report a Faulty Item

4. Non-Eligible Situations

Damage due to misuse or neglect

Note: This policy applies only to products purchased through the DogWatch of the Endless Mountains online store. Installed fence systems, in-person purchases, and service-related work are covered under separate terms.
