DogWatch has been part of my life for more than two decades — first as a solution I trusted for my own dogs, and eventually as the foundation of a business built on care, reliability, and long-term relationships. What started as a simple need to keep my dogs safe grew into a commitment to helping other families enjoy the same peace of mind, right here in our local community.
In 2001, I began using the DogWatch® Hidden Fence to contain my German Shepherds. After three trouble-free years, I found it to be a solid and dependable solution for my dogs. Around the same time, my youngest son, Jeremy, started kindergarten, and suddenly the house was a lot quieter — and I had more time on my hands than I knew what to do with. In late September 2004, when the dealership opportunity arose, I decided to become part of the DogWatch team. From those early days forward, the business steadily grew with the support of many loyal and gracious customers.
In the early years, I handled everything myself — installations, training, service, and support — simply because that’s what the business required at the time. As the customer base grew, Justin’s brother Aaron joined me in 2005 and worked alongside me for nine years, helping the business take its next steps forward. After Aaron moved on, Justin came on board and has been with me for the past decade, faithfully tackling challenging terrain, complex installs, unpredictable weather, and the real-world issues that come with hands-on work. His reliability, grit, and problem-solving mindset have made him an indispensable part of this business.
In 2020, on my birthday, my son Jeremy expressed interest in joining the business, bringing new energy and a fresh perspective. Working together as family has added a new dimension to what we do, blending experience with enthusiasm and continuity for the future. Today, we’re more than coworkers — we’re a close-knit team united by a shared love for dogs and a commitment to doing things the right way. Even as the business has grown, we’ve remained directly involved in every installation, training, and long-term support visit — no call centers, no subcontractors, and no shortcuts.
For the past two decades, our journey has been shaped by steady growth, constant learning, and countless meaningful moments shared with our customers. We've had our dog fence since September. What an awesome system this is! Day 1 we were totally at ease with our Golden puppy out in the yard. The crew who installed our system was incredible. They were informative, fast, and friendly. They spent a ton if time with our puppy learning the boundary and tou can tell they really love dogs. Over the span of 4 days I removed most of the flags. Our dog sprints around but knows her boundaries. She barely ever got shocked, it didnt take much at all. I highly recommend DogWatch of the Endless Mountains ! Thank you guys!
I waited a month just to make sure it wasnt too good to be true but i am super satisfied with the results from our dog fence,, a little tweaking on levels on collars first week or so but dogs will not go near the underground perimeter… on my property you never know what heard of animals are going to be outside every day.. turkeys deer bear whatever Northeast Pennsylvania is home to comes thru our yard.. and the dogs will chase.. i have a bermese mountain dog a Mastiff and a cocker spaniel and they had a habit of hearing kids at recess at school across the street and sometimes deciding to join them as well as participating in the highschool cross country practice when they run past house… all of that has stopped… no more anxiety when you hear a bark and having to wonder what they are chasing and how far are they going to go this time… it wasnt all the time but when they go they go…. And people also drive past house like its the pocono raceway… so anyway my dogs can be let out in morning in front yard and come in when they want… tried and tested… bears been in driveway and they wont cross line.. crows across the street and they run to line and bark but refuse to go into that danger zone.. deer in yard same thing… they will not leave perimeter… didnt realize what a relief this fence has become…. No more calls from elementary school that the bermese is trying to go down the slide with the 2nd graders….. very happy with fence and the cost is a fraction of what the vet bill would be if one of the dogs gets hit by a car….
